The Students Involved with Technology (SIT) Conference is an annual conference occurring at several sites throughout Illinois. It originated in Bloomington-Normal and has since expanded. It is a conference for 3rd-12th grade students.
Our CEO, Robin Rath was invited to keynote at the Carbondale, Illinois location. Josh Stevens was on location to conduct two one hour video game creation sessions using Game Wizard that was attended by over 70 of the students. We also had a few side demonstrations of Bloxels and the feedback was very positive.
Some of the other sessions included building with Minecraft and Goldieblox, tearing apart old computer equipment to learn how it works, and logo design.
Thanks to all who came to our sessions, we had a great time!
